Where are you located?

Our warehouse and showroom are both located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we do. We ship to all areas within the contiguous United States. Please contact us directly or visit our Shipping Policy page for more details.

 

How can I purchase White Glove Service?

You may contact Customer Service or our sales team to add the White Glove Service option to your order, and a White Glove Service coordinator will reach out to you as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse and will arrange for this service to be performed within 1–2 business days following delivery.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Special orders typically take 12-16 weeks from the date the order is processed. In-stock items normally take 5–14 business days from the date they are shipped from our warehouse.

 

 

What should I do after making an online purchase?

Our team will reach out to you to confirm the details of your order and assist you with any questions you may have.

 

How often will I be updated on the status of my order?

We will continually provide updates on the production, shipping, and delivery processes of each order. All updates will be relayed mostly via SMS and email correspondence, so be sure to regularly check your email.

  

What kind of financing options do you offer?

We partner with Synchrony and Affirm, and we also provide a 60–40 payment plan, which means you would pay 60% now and 40% within 90 days from the date your order is processed. You can find more information on our Financing page.

 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, but you will need to provide documentation to either the carrier or our team depending on the pick-up location.

 

If I choose to pick up my order, will I be entitled to a refund for any shipping costs?

No refunds for shipping costs will be issued.
