Claim Policy

At Jubilee furniture, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if anything happens, we are glad to hook on and help make things right for you.  


  1. Please inspect the pallet when it arrives for delivery. If there is noticeable damage, please note down the precise damage description on the Bill of Lading(delivery receipt)  and report to the driver right away, before the truck leaves. Please take a photo of the state of the pallet and any visible damage.
    Note: Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be assumed to have occurred after delivery and therefore will be the responsibility of the purchaser, Please keep all packaging (e.g. pallets, boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) 
  2. Whether damaged is concealed and not discovered until after you have received and signed for the pallet or not, please take the following photos to support your claim:
  • 1st Picture: A photo of the overall piece
  • 2nd Picture: A close up photo of the damage(s)
  • 3rd Picture:  If there is noticeable damage to any of the packaging, please take photos or video if possible before unwrapping the items. (Please keep packaging until items are inspected for damage. Please notate visible damage on delivery receipts.)
  • Photos must be included in order for the claim to be processed. Submit all photos at Jubilee Claim page (submitting photo documentation can help us resolve your package issue more efficiently.)
  • Please fill out the claim form, and it's very important to provide accurate and complete information on the claim application, failure to do so may cause delay or  deny on  your claim. After filling claim form, it may take up to 75 days for final results. Please be patient.



  • Claim Form must be received within 48  hours of delivery of product.
  • After claim form is submitted, additional claim information must be submitted within 3 Days or it will not be accepted.
  • Claim process may take up to 75 days.
  • Credit amount is to be determined after receipt of claim form.
  • Jubilee Furniture does not refund any shipping charges.
  • Unauthorized returns and refused shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all freight charges.

Once you submit your claim, you’ll receive a notification and you must retain the damaged item, original packaging, and all contents until the claim is resolved, please ensure that Jubilee furniture is doing our best to help get this stressful situation resolved as soon as possible.
