Based on the majority of our clients that have purchased our Italian leathers, their feedback has always been good – as in “happy with the quality of the leather,” “it’s very soft to the touch,” “love the modern design with the power reclining and adjustable headrest,” and much more. Jubilee Furniture has partnered with an Italian company that produces one of the best Italian leather. It is then shipped to our manufacturers in China. It is called Italian leather because of the tanning method using natural, vegetable ingredients that has been invented in the Tuscan tanneries in Italy. This is what makes the leather resistant, elastic and smooth. We carry a variety of furniture that are Italian leather in different colors. Special order is also available.
In Jubilee Furniture, we recommend for our customers with big families and with pets, bonded leather that works well on furniture in high-traffic areas like family room or even living room. We make sure that process of the bonded leather our manufacturers use contains low levels of environmentally unsafe formaldehyde since it does not undergo chemical tanning and is therefore suitable for people with leather allergies. Lastly, bonded leather furniture is significantly cheaper than real leather.

1.Unfortunately unexpected delays are sometimes out of our sphere of influence and sometimes unavoidable when third parties, as for example shipping companies, are involved. Usually there are no complications but in the rare event of a delay - please be patient.

3.Our curbside delivery is exactly how it sounds. A truck arrives with your order and drops off your purchase outside your house. Due to COVID-19, curbside and white glove service are under two different teams. White Glove Service is a separate group that brings your furniture inside and assembles the product for you. If you choose white glove service, you will get curbside first and the white glove service will arrive to you within 1-2 business days.
4.The delivery time starts when our manufacturer receives confirmed orders of your purchase. Normally shipment would be timely, but since COVID-19 our third-party has been affected. Please understand that we do our best for your purchase to arrive on time, but there can be no guarantees.
5.When orders are released from Long Beach Port, you will receive an email that your order has arrived in the US.
6. Once orders are received in our warehouse, we will contact you and schedule the shipment. The shipping company will confirm the exact delivery date via e-mail or phone.
7.Jubilee Furniture ships and delivers modern fine quality furniture nationwide. Restrictions and additional charges may apply for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
8.Liftgate service unavailable*
Due to their unique structural designs, all Jubilee Furniture beds slightly extend over the pallets on which they are placed before and during the shipping process, thus disqualifying them for liftgate service; upon delivery, recipients are to assist carriers with the offloading procedure of any queen- and king-size beds. If customers are unable to assist the carrier, it is recommended that they locate additional support to aid in the offloading of their bed pieces prior to the final delivery process.

What is the difference between Italian Leather and Bonded Leather?

Can I cancel my Order?
Yes ,you can, please see below cancellation fees that will apply to all orders:
1.Cancellation within 5 days after the initial deposit - free of charge
2. Cancellation after 5 days after the initial deposit - 10% of the total sales price
3. Cancellation after 20 days, after initial deposit - 25% of the total sales price
All refunds will be processed with the original mode of payment used.
Can I return my product if I do not like it?
Returns are free within 15 days from receipt of product. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost.

What is liftgate delivery service?
Liftgate delivery service is a convenient and secure method of onloading and offloading large or heavy items, limiting potential damage to them during the initial shipping and final delivery processes.
The delivery took a little longer, but the bed arrived in excellent condition. It does take a couple hours to assemble everything, but the components are made of quality materials. It comes in 6 boxes, does not include the safe, and I was missing 6 bolts I had to purchase to mount the side pieces for the slats. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this investment as a quality bed is important since you will spend a lot of your life in it! The massage chaise lounge works well with 9 different settings, 3 intensity modes, auto option and a 15 or 30 minute timer. The Bluetooth speaker is fair, the USB light included is nice, and the additional USB ports and 2 prong plugs on the side are also functional. I found the Serta iComfort Limited Edition Gel king sized mattress was the best option to meet the 10" height requirement for this bed and it fits nicely into it. If you have the money and don't mind a little wait for delivery, go for it!
